The hotel is exceptionally clean. The food is of a very good standard for a buffet especially the salads.
The Philippines Lounge has nightly entertainment and the staff are all exceptional.

Heated outdoor pool was a bonus.
There entertainment at night in the Philippine 10 lounge was brilliant. Four different entertainers.

Newly refurbished, excellent location, modern facilities n room, beds comfy. Only downside, all the extra charges safe(€3pd),tea/top up €5a week, pool towels 13€but10 back on return. Too many extra charges for. 4* hotel? A deposit yes but actual charges???? Rooms comforatably appointed, but gets very very hot like a sauna we requested a fan and smokers encouraged
To smoke in balcony disappointing as comes in room when open due to the heat in rooms. The buffet generally good, only a few nights food repetitive n some cold. Plenty choice for everyone. Disappointing to see other guests picking food with fingers, and not just outing it on a plate but in their mouth & repeating, not very hygienic. when challenged said it’s nothing/it’s the same in Spanish? Maybe more signs stating about the use of tongs? Also more sanitising stations near the food stations. Good choice of wine/drinks although shame about self service bar as not always manned. The hotels advertises a spa but this is not in the hotel but a walk away? Sun beds were clearly reserved every day especially the daybeds by towels non hotel type. Overall it is a good hotel and staff are pleasant.
