Front desk staff that checked us in needs customer service training. Not even a smile from her. We were given a adjoining room when we did not request one. Room was cleaned however empty glasses etc were not washed or removed and replaced. They were just left in the same place I left it.

Perfect location, ideal for short sightseeing trip

Pros: Location
Cons: Room a little squashed - family too
Location: Near Alexanderplatz, checkpoint Charlie, legocentre etc
Ideal location close to all famous sights. Room basic but grand for short trip.

Great location!

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room spacious and clean and the breakfast selection was huge. Great hotel and superb location, all the major attractions within walking distance.

Sehr kinderfreundlich, super Lage mit guten Busverbindungen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Einzig die Parkgarage fanden wir etwas teuer. Sonst aber rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt

Matkustimme kaveriporukalla Berliiniin. Hyvin lähellä ydinkeskustaa oleva hotelli josta kävelyetäisyys kaikkialle käytännössä. Vaikka suuremman tien varressa, hyvin hiljainen ja äänieristys hyvä. Henkilökunnassa ei moitittavaa, kunto ja siisteys tähtimääräisesti samalla tasolla. Saimme tämän melko edullisesti joten ehdottomasti saimme vastinetta rahoillemme. Suuri kiitos hotellille!
