I do wish you had raised these issues while here with us so we could have resolved as much as possible for you.I am very sorry to hear you did not receive your extra blanket as requested. In so far as possible we always endeavour to satisfy such requests and it is very unusual that this was not done for you. Each apartment of course has a duvet and a second blanket as standard, but I do apologise sincerely for the inconvenience and discomfort of not having a third blanket made available to you. With regards to the mini-bar, I must explain that as we are not a hotel we do not provide a mini-bar. Rather we provide a private apartment space with a full size fridge that our guests may stock as they wish from local stores. I do apologise if this was not made clear to you when booking or upon arrival and I could understand why you may have felt confused.I do hope that overall you enjoyed your time in Dublin and that these issues did not take away from your holiday.
