Good area, very clean, helpful staff on front desk, quick to respond to questions, arranged transfer for us for 80 zt. Breakfast is 20zt at the cafe next door and can be reserved at the front desk. I would stay here again if I return to krakow

I enjoyed my short stay, girl at the reception was extremely helpful, comfortable room and convenient location. Would stay there again.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ziemlich zentral, etwa 30m zum Krakauer Hauptbahnhof und mit Bus 208 auch mit dem Flughafen Krakau gut zu erreichen, der Fahrt dauert etwa 45 Minuten. Es gibt einen Fernseher im Zimmer, leider nur polnische Sender. Und ich könnte meine Nachbaren hören, wenn sie reden, also die Wände sind nicht schallgeschützt. Für den Preis ist in Ordnung.

Huone erittäin pieni ja vailla äänieristystä. Naapureiden kuorsaus ja kolaus kuului erittäin selkeästi läpi ja unta ei paljoa saatu. Korvatulpat kuitenkin odottivat sängyllä, joten plussaa siitä. Ilmastointia tai korvausilmaventtiiliä ei ollut lainkaan. Mielettömän kuuma huone helteellä. Tuuletin kuitenkin löytyi. Sijainti hyvä ja avulias henkilökunta.

Sijainti oli aivan mahtava, iso kauppakeskus tien toisella puolella ja lyhyt kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin.

close the trail way station & old town of Krakow

Pros: Yes I liked
Cons: air conditioning
Location: Just near the Galleria Krakowska & old Town. However I bought every souvenirs opposite street (perfumery & chocolates) of the Hotel :)
The hotel staff were friendly and multilingual. They usually always had a good answer to the question.

Huone kiva ja siisti, yleiset tilat remontissa. Huoneen seinät ohuet ja kaikki äänet kuuluivat läpi. Hotelli sijaitsi todella lähellä kauppakeskusta ja rautatieasemaa. Yleisesti siis voimme suositella!
