The rooms were a good size, especially the junior suite which we stayed in. However, the sofa had cigarette burn holes in it, as well as other stains. The balcony roof was broken, so there were pigeons living in it, and bird poo all over the floor, which we had to request to be cleaned off, as even though there were cleaning staff everyday, they just left it there. The cafe and restaurant were nice and clean but you weren’t allowed to sit where the nice views of the marina was, unless you got down really early, as the staff blocked if off about half way through the meal times because they had already cleaned it. The food in the cafe by the pool was much nicer then in the restaurant. The pool area and deck were nice and clean but because of the buildings position there wasn’t any sun on the pool until at least 1pm and the water was freezing. They played music by the pool which was a bit loud when trying to talk to your friends and family but the staff who run the children’s activity table were really friendly! The music by the pool was played really loudly of an evening and until around 3am, so this wasn’t ideal when our children were trying to sleep. It wasn’t too bad for us as our room was the other side of the hotel but we had friends who’s room was on the third floor over looking the pool and they found it really difficult to get to sleep. The common areas just needed a a good clean as there were stains over the carpets, but most of the staff were really helpful.

Nice hotel close to Gibraltar

Pros: Close to Gibraltar.
Cons: The showel gel and hand soaps could be less harsh - very drying! Would be nice if the pool was heated for winter use.
Location: Close to Gibraltar
Decent hotel within 20 min walk to Gibraltar. Quite large so probably accommodates a lot of guests during the summer, we staying in December and felt it was fine. Wide range of things for breakfast although unfortunately not many vegetarian choices. The only hotel during my stay that did label up products which was good and did make fresh pancakes or fried eggs to order. The fresh orange juice was really good. Complimentary bottle of water in room and tea and coffee making facilities in room which is not common in Spain. Booked two rooms as family of four they thoughtfully put both rooms next door to each other.

Great for a visit to Gib

All aspects of our visit were good, wifi, parking breakfast and cleanliness of rooms. Easy walking distance to Gib border and 25 minutes from Main Street.

Okay hotel for short stay.

Pros: Easy to access Gibraltar. Parking available, 10 euros a night. Food available in bar.
Cons: Pillows, food, security.
Location: Gibraltar. La Linea has some decent grill eating places if you go into the town. Nice views of the harbour from rooms facing the front.
Has improved, now has a kettle in room. Pillows very hard! Food always cold, no warm plates. Reception polite and helpful likewise cleaning staff. Security appears a little lax, door from car park open more often than not and you can access any floor from car park lift. Noisy when people walking around in high heels and conversation outside of room clearly audible.

Trip to Gibraltar

Pros: We loved the pool and sun deck and the beautiful promenade at the marina
Cons: Would have loved more coffee in room but kettle was appreciated
Location: The best location going, easy to walk from bus station (2 minutes) great groceries nearby on Gibraltor side and quick food everywhere
This hotel was a perfect location for a trip to Gibraltor. Only 400m from border so easy to walk across each day.

Etliche Personen, insbesonders Frauen schimpften. Frühstück alles da. Zubereitete Speisen überwiegend geschmacklos. Vorteil: Nahe Busstation und Gibraltar
