basic but cheap :)

the room was basic with a very small ensuite bathroom.very close to the train station and an ideal place to stay to explore, the staff where friendly and very helpful plus there was a bar which never seemed to close :) if you want something basic and clean as a base to explore go for it, but if your wanting lots of frills forget it. friends of mine stayed in the novatel and paid nearly £200 more and they got a mini bar extra for there money, go for it and enjoy

Pros: Freundliches Personal!
Cons: Die Matratzen sind sehr ungeeignet,da der Plastiküberzug bei jeder Drehung lärmt. Luftzirkulation blockiert - man schwitzt im Schlaf.
Location: Gute Lage!

Cons: Es wäre schön, wenn die Verdunklungsvorhänge breit genug wären, das Fenster ganz zu verdecken.
Wir waren für einen Familienbesuch in Leipzig. Der Aufenthalt im A&O Hotel angenehm. Das Familienzimmer bot uns ausreichend Platz. Die Betten waren in Ordnung und natürlich gab es Diskussionen welches Kind im Stockbett oben schlafen darf. Es war während unseres Aufenthalts ziemlich warm. Es gibt keine Klimatisierung im Zimmer und bei offenem Fenster wird man schon früh von der morgendlichen Geräuschkulisse Leipzigs geweckt.

Ideal für eine Städtereise

Das A&O City Hauptbahnhof Leipzig liegt, wie der Name schon sagt, direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof und ist daher für die Anreise mit der Bahn ideal. Durch die Lage am Hauptbahnhof ist auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Was fehlte, waren Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung, war aber bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt zu verschmerzen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war mit Bezug auf die Lage ebenfalls hervorragend. Fazit: Wir würden für einen Städtetrip jederzeit wieder hier einchecken.
