Hotel was fully booked and there is no parking available. Was pointed to another parking area and was told that once a space becomes available at the hotel we will be informed. No communication and was surprised that we needed to pay php1500 for the parking. The booking is with free parking therefore this is a breach in contract...staff not helpful

Dear Valued Guest, Many thanks for your review! Regret the inconvenience caused by the elevator. Our hotel had been running full and had been hosting multiple events almost on a daily basis, which explains the elevator traffic in the hotel. Likewise, we have already assigned an elevator operator to manage the foot traffic and to make the elevator more efficient. Nevertheless, we have done significant enhancements in our elevator service that many guests have seen the positive changes over time, given the elevator constraint.
