Great hotel,Menara mall & Buddha bar are attached

The hotel is amazing, it’s definitely a 5* experience with amazing staff who try their best to cater to everything we may need. The rooms are cleaned everyday and housekeeping check in every night to make sure everything is okay in the room. It is a 8 min drive from the airport and 5 minutes from jema el fenna (old medina, the square). You can’t walk to the medina but there won’t be any hotels like this that are this close. There’s plenty of taxis available at all hours, just be prepared to negotiate. They do try charge A lot more when they see you’re staying at the savoy so either go out the hotel and flag one down yourself or be prepared to negotiate. Overall, I can’t fault this hotel and I would 100% stay here again.

Excellent hotel

We had a problem when we first arrived as our suitcase did not arrived from the airport.. Staff were excellent in helping us out to speak to the airline due to the language barrier and made our 7 nights staff extremely comfortable and excellent I have recommended this hotel to my friends in the UK and would recommend it to anyone who are thinking of going to Marrakech.

Decent Hotel and location.

Hotel is ok for the price. Broken lifts did not get repaired. Balcony doors don't lock. In room coffee machines don't work. Tv remote and electronic weighing scales have dead batteries. Always a very long wait time to speak to anyone at reception /check in desks. However, Service at bars / breakfast / cocierge etc was very good. Location good. Very clean and spacious. Good standard of food. If they fix the the small issues, this Can be a decent hotel for the price bracket.

Great hotel, big rooms

Excellent stay at Savoy le Grand, big modern rooms with Lavazza coffee maker, huge pools including heated indoor pool and quality breakfast. I will definitely stay there again.

Après plusieurs séjours au savoy x3, on a vu vraiment la qualité se dégrader et aujourd’hui les prestations sont en dessous d’un 5 étoiles. Équipement piscine en fin de vie, ménage mal fait, temps d’attente pour consommation piscine inadmissible 1h30. Et on vous presse de payer au plus vite, alors même que vous m’avez pas commencé à man’ger. Vol de ma chambre d’une vêtement. P’tit dej copieux mais toujours le même tous les jours. Pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Hôtel vieillissant qui n’est attirant. Cependant avec une promo reste acceptable pour un rapport qualité prix.

Le sol de la piscine chaude et en mal état c’est dommage le personnel et vraiment adorable serviable et très polis que ce sois de la réception au femme de chambre le concierge le personnel de service toujours le sourire 😃
