Hotel setting is lovely. It has lots of lively grounds and greenery and the areas surrounding both swimming pools is lovely. However, I’m Not sure it stood up to other 5 star hotels Isabel stayed in. Bedrooms are well appointed, but are very small by 5 star standards. I stayed in a Superior Room, which had a seating area squeezed in between two wardrobes with a very uninviting sofa bed that looked cheap, and there were no cushions for comfort. The mini bar was empty and tea and coffee making facilities basic and were not replenished, which is poor for a 5 star hotel. No evening turn down service, and the balcony seating was very uncomfortable. Quality of the food in then all inclusive restaurant was very good, but repetitive and you were limited to the one restaurant. In other 5 star all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed, you’ve had the choice of 2 or 3 restaurants during your stay. You also only had access to all inclusive drinks and snacks at one of the pools, which meant you couldn’t relax at the zen pool with a nice drink. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but It doesn’t compare to any 5 star experience I’ve enjoyed before. In my view it’s more of a 3-4 star experience.

Das Hotel war sehr gut. Die Parkanlage wunderschön. Beim Service ist noch viel Aufholbedarf nötig für ein 5-Sterne Haus. Beim Ruhe-Pool war es manchmal sehr laut und das Personal sagte nichts, da war eher negativ. Ebenso wäre es toll, wenn im Zimmer einige Früchten wären und am Pool der Service etwas speditiver wäre. Alles in allem aber kann man das Hotel nur empfehlen.
