excellent hotel

Pros: Level of staff and degree of customer service
Cons: nothing
Location: This is based in the old city, and it has many restuarants that are easy to walk to. Or you can get a taxi easierly.
I travel a lot to many 5 star hotels over the world, and the overall service, facilities and standard of the hotel was excellent for the price we paid. We used the Club Lounge, pool and breakfast restaurant, the staff in every area remembered us by name or face and could not do enough for us on our stay. We are planning to go back next year.

Lovely hotel with great facilities.

The room was extremely well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The club lounge offered nice snacks during the day and lovely canopies in the evening.

Great hotel, friendly staff and good facilities

Excellent experience overall, very satisfied with this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The swimming pool and outside area is beautiful, the staff is very friendly (even though some of them did not speak good English) and the hotel room was large, well decorated and the bed extremely comfortable. Only (small) negative points: the wifi connexion was poor on my floor (10th) and the restaurants were quite expensive (bit the food was good!)

excellent stay, excellent service, amazing staff

Pros: staff
Cons: VIP lounge, very friendly staff but furniture and ambiance not that cosy
Location: old muscat
excellent stay in a business hotel, however service and staff excellent. We had once diner at shangrila but the service was not as good as at Sheraton

Bon hôtel mais pas une catégorie 5 étoiles. Il faudrait une nette rénovation. Vieux tapis dans les chambres, salle de bain sans toilettes séparées avec une douche dans la baignoire, plus adapté de nos jours.. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique mais pas à la hauteur. Délai d'attente toujours très long pour payer une facture au restaurant par exemple. Par contre les piscines intérieure et extérieure sont magnifiques et bien entretenues et le personnel toujours aux petits soins. En bref, il est parfait si on s'attend à une catégorie de 4 étoiles.

Pros: globalement tout propreté, service, restauration, prestations
Location: C'est dans le quartier animé de RUWI il est situé à environ 5 Kms de la vielle ville (souk, marché au poissons)
l'hôtel est très bien, en centre ville et à 10 minutes en navette (payante 15€ par personne) de la plage. Nous avons eu un petit problème. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 adultes (un couple avec un enfant) lorsque nous sommes arrivés il n'y avait qu'un grand lit dans la chambre et tout était prévu pour 2 personnes . Nous avons du payer sur place 150€ (30€ par nuit) pour avoir un lit d'appoint dans la chambre. Ceci est anormal car nous avions déjà payé pour 3 adultes. Autrement la piscine est bien la restauration très bonne et le personnel agréable. de bonnes prestations. conseil prendre que des chambres pour 2 personnes.
