Classic 4 star hotel

Pros: Connivence./ Location.
Cons: Lower price of bar and breakfast. Over-priced.
Location: N/A. Stayed there for work.
Deluxe rooms quite reasonable (quiet as at back of hotel, overlooking garden and not busy main road). Breakfast is over-priced and the basement bar is very expensive. Pointless swimming pool. Size of a bath.

Awful hotel, please avoid

I wouldn't wish this hotel on anyone, not even Syrian refugees. Dirt, the smell of chlorine, poo, wee, I could go on. My wife and I stayed here and were disgusted.

Hotel has everything

Pros: Location and its price. The spa pool is great.
Cons: I would have loved to shared the steam room with my partner but the steam rooms were male or female
Location: Location is great for public transport and only 15 minutes from all the major tourist areas.
A good hotel with a nice pool bar and terrace. The food was ok for breakfast and the rooms very clean. The staff were very good especially as we check-in at 1 am in the morning.

close to eiffel tower

Pros: close to eiffel therefore close to the big bus point. the fact that it had a pool and jacuzzi which if not too full you could relax in. bathrobs too
Cons: toilet cleanliness. if they move location or build a new one consider making bigger rooms and bigger pool. queau managment at the lobby. was long !
Location: approx 1hr from CDG. 20 mins from eiffel so thats grand. nearby restaurants and mcdonalds and local supermarket.
the distance from CDG is far beware. landed on a friday at rush hour and traffic was ... reached 1 hr later. entrance to hotel better than i saw on reviews. hotel lobby ok. some website rated this hotel as a 4 star. the room space for superior deluxe didnt make it feel that way. the room is so small. the bathroom was more roomy. toilet is separate. cleanliness of the toilet was not 4 star. as someone who cleans my toilet i do not like when you enter a toilet and u can see the 'dirt' just below the visible part of the bottom part of the toilet. other than that cleanliness of the hotel and room is definitely excellent. wifi was not working in my room but it was working near the lift and downstairs. so if i had to use id have to move out of the room. at some point i sat by the lift and used the wifi there. the telephone in the room was not working when i got in. had to go downstairs to report it. the books telling you about the hotel and any other service were all in french. tv was all in french. when ur unwinding from touring, i want to watch some teli even if its boring news. so i was at a loss with no entertainment. thankfully in my boredom was able to visit eiffel 20 mins away. when i reported phone issues to staff i didnt get the fabolous attitude reported on reviews.one asked me to come back next day and i said surely you can log it and hand over for the next day. had to ask to be moved to another room as nothing was happenin. swimming pool also small.11 ppo and its full

Euro 2016 & Sightseeing

Pros: Staff, swimming pool, food
Cons: Fridges in the room and the bathroom glass.
First time in Paris and we absolutely loved our stayed in the hotel, very friendly staff always willing to help, very well located, close to the metro or tram making it easy to travel to the center of Paris, the room was very tidy and always clean, we loved having the nespresso machine in the bedroom. The only thing I will suggest is to include fridges in the room so guest could keep the drinks coolers. I could not ask more for the breakfast buffet, excellent variety of food. Overall everything was amazing we can not complain about our stay. Definetely we will come back! Merci.

Very nice long weekend break

the sites and historical information found out was amazing. night life in Bastille was brilliant (even if the drinks were quite expensive). the restaurants like Fouquets and Bo Finger were exceptional for food quality. My only complaint was the room service maids, who did not knock when i was in the shower before my checking out time, which she did twice. she was instructed to always knock before entering a room.

Très belle chambres au goût du jour ! Par contre dommage que l'on ai pas pu se connecter au Wi-Fi et les chambres ne s'ouvraient pas avec les cartes nous devions toujours redescendre a la réception...

De plus en plus décevant pour un quatre étoiles! La piscine est pas chauffée à 30 degrés comme indiquer, elle est froide. Rupture de stock de peignoir de bain. Petit déjeuner à 20 euros alors que la machine à café est en panne (pas de café). Travaux à l’étage odeur de peinture et coup de marteau dès 8h30 du matin. Poubelles pas vidées durant notre séjour (3 nuits). Chasse d’eau des WC qui fuit et refoulement dégoûts . très déçus nous ne reviendront pas.
