Overall this Hotel is clean and it feels newly renovated rooms. Staff are very friendly and welcoming during Check- in. Breakfast room space is too small to accommodate guests during breakfast especially when it’s busy- however this had been mentioned during checking in. Room temperature can be challenging to keep it at comfortable level- I’ve noticed the thermo regulator looks need upgrading - portable heater was provided during our stay Elevator should have a swipe access ONLY for guests and staff- at present anyone can access elevator from the ground level- I fell this warrant a safety concern as a guest Otherwise overall feel is good during our stay

Awful management practices

They put us in room 306 which had had a sewage leak, the carpet was soaking wet where they had tried to clean it, the smell was unbearable, they moved us to room 106 which they said was the only one available but this had been used by someone who needed a late checkout - we checked in at 11 pm so after a day at the tennis we were exhausted so took it. I asked if the manager could be available to discuss this with me in the morning which I was told would be fine but the manager was no where to be found for the next 3 days, probably too ashamed!

Très bon hôtel, mais il vaut mieux être dans les étages supérieurs, car au 1er, nous entendons bien les métros passé.

Tolles Hotel!

Die Lage war fantastisch, 5 Minuten zum Place de la Concorde! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind schön und das Bett riesig! Jederzeit wieder

Huono huone

Saimme kulmahuoneen joka oli 13 m2 iso vinoneliön muotoinen.Emme voineet avata edes laukkujamme.Lisäksi metroaseman junan aiheuttama jylinä kuului selvästi huoneeseemme maanjäristyksen lailla.Ikkunasta ei näkynyt edes taivasta.vaan naapuritalon kiviseinä.Vankilatunnelma.Ei vastaa tuohon hintatasoon 240 e vuorokausi.Törkeä huone sijainniltaan.Hotelli ei suostunut antamaan meille toista huonetta.Kiitos ei koskaan ko. Hotelliin.
