Perfect stay

My sister and I spent three nights at this hotel, we were greeted on arrival by baptise. He was very friendly and helpful. We arrived too early to check in so asked if we could leave our luggage and return later. Baptise then offered us a room which was already available which we really appreciated. We had booked a classic room, Baptise advised that some floors have an on and off issue with the WiFi, we explained that this was not a problem for us. He then said he can upgrade us to a superior room but the WiFi will be on and off, we didn’t mind and we’re happy to receive an upgrade. The room was a good size and very clean. The bathroom facilities were superb, the daily made service was excellent and the tea and coffee facilities were a great touch. The hotel was very close to the metro which is easy to get to all of the sights. There is a supermarket across from the hotel and also a bakery 2 minutes away. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would most definitely recommend. If we return to Paris we would stay here again! Thanks to all the staff for making us so welcome and for you fabulous service.

Paris trip

Great hotel. Good location for all of the attractions. Helpful and friendly staff (especially Baptiste) 4-Day Anniversary break, complimentary bottle of wine on arrival.

Un peu surestimé

Salle de bain trop étroite, douche dont le receveur n'est pas assez profond, on met de l'eau et à se releverpartout ; la cuvette des toilettes est située dans un recoin si étroit qu'on a du mal à s'asseoir. Sur le réservation (avec supplément pour ce motif) le lit double promis était un king size. En fait lit double standard de 140 cm de large...
