Ok for what I paid, poor accommodation if not VIP

If you don’t pay much for staying here then it is well worth it. Lots of pools which are lovely and the VIP beach is nice too (a little cramped though). Some staff are brilliant, others don’t even give you the time of day. For me there were too many restrictions as I wasn’t VIP. Only two a la cartè restaurants allowed per week (unless you can be bothered to queue each day at 3 In the hope someone cancelled). Only two beaches to choose from, all the rest are members/shareholders only. Some bars are out of bounds and really you are made to feel like a second class citizen. I stayed at Confresi, the room was big, but it was very shabby and the cold water was hit and miss. Nightly shows are good, but seating in the coliseum is uncomfortable and there were dance shows virtually every night. You really have to find everything out for yourself as well. At check I’m not much info is given about anything. Takes a couple of days to realise you can walk the main parts of the resorts so quickly (if you know the short cuts). You do have to avoid all the shuttles and gold carts though! As my title says though, for the £170 I paid for 7 nights All inc it is definitely worth it. Oh also the guys who get you to go to the presentation phone at 8am!! After arriving at 10pm the night before after 24 hrs no sleep. Do they really think they will get me to buy anything. They then knock an hour later and despite saying go away they then wait outside your door and follow you!!

Just for a one off visit

Friendly staff at the pool bar. Other staff will not do anything without a tip. They will not clean your room without a £3-£4 tip. Or simply will leave no coffee, no soap etc. Nice pool and beach. Good food, mainly tge same though. You are loitered every day by the staff at „Casablanca” restaurant to buy their ‚memberahip package” which (if you do not live in the USA and are not rich nough to have holidays every 2months) is worth nothing and costs $17k - $100k+ Stay away from this hard sale thing or at least do it on a bad/cloudy day as it will take you full day. On the last day of our stay they put us a card in the soor (see a picture)

Paradise - a luxury hotel at an affordable price

Spent the most amazing week at the hotel - the food was decent, the all inclusive drinks were strong, the staff were friendly and attentive, no request was too big for them. And the animation team were fab, even though there weren't many guests, they didn't lose motivation, and were always keen to arrange games and activities for us! Shout out to Julio, Shoofly and Ellery from the Ying Yang spa, who arranged an appointment for me to get my nails done with the lovely Karen x

We have paid recently between £8.50 & £15 per night per person all inclusive for the hotel. That is ridiculously cheap. It must cost them more for us to stay there at the lower to mid-end. You get raised 4 poster beds on the "VIP" (everyone can go there) beach that are very comfortable. Staff come round taking your drink & food orders there. Drinks are mostly standard all-inclusive quality but you can get Malibu, Dewar's, Johnnie Walker & a better vodka on the VIP Beach. Pina Colada with a Baileys equivalent is my favourite drink. There's the standard entertainment, which is mostly rubbish but the Michael Jackson show is quite good & the Thursday party is good too. The Sunday Party is supposed to be awesome too but it has been cancelled all 6 times we have been there. Rooms are standard all-inclusive quality but they are pretty much just for sleeping in & the beds are comfortable. The buffet restaurant is good enough for an all inclusive. I find it better than at least half of the a la carte restaurants

Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort Review We were really excited for our first getaway together this summer, and as one of us is using a wheelchair we were looking for an accessible place. We found this great deal in your website for Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort and called to make sure it's accessible, we have been told we shouldn't worry and it will be great. We booked this hotel, and just to make sure before we booked the flights we called again to EBookers and the resort itself to ask about it. We were so happy on the flight, we did not knew what a surprise is waiting for us… After me and my girlfriend checked in we were shown to our room. We requested an accessible room because I use a wheelchair. It was about a five minute trip from the lobby to our room. We looked around and it was literally the third to the farthest room they could have possibly given us. When we first opened the door there was an old mattress laying on the floor. Once that was removed we looked around the room and there was no doubt in either of our minds that nobody had been in there for weeks. There was dirt all over the floor, mosquitoes all around, the TV wasn't working correctly, and I found out quickly that the toilet didn't flush. I also noticed that the shower was not accessible. There was no shower chair so I couldn't take a shower. We called the front desk and they said they would send one over. We also told them about how the room was dirty but nobody came. We were hungry so we went to ea

You get what you pay for...

Great staff and food, fun atmosphere. The rooms are outdated and need lots of repair. Other than that I would recommend

Lifestyle Kette
