Lovely hotel with great facilities - use of the spa in particular was much appreciated! Location is out of the main area but for the room size and quality of the hotel - it was worth the slight inconvenience of taking the tram/taxi into the centre. There is a direct tram only a short walk away.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:Very clean. Attentive staff.
Cons:Better supervision of the spa pool!
Location:Very little to do in the surrounding area. Use the shuttle bus to get into the city. The tram is a 10 to 15 minute walk but is quite treacherous!
We booked this as a last minute break and weren't disappointed. It is a little out the city but they have an excellent mini bus service at a very reasonable rate which is worth taking advantage of. Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. Evening meal was available - they gave us a discount voucher for the first night, which was very good value and also a 20% discount thereafter. We also had 20% off the spa, which proved useful for an overcast day (although beware - the youngsters use the spa pool to get better acquainted!). Overall, a very relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful hotel
The hotel was very beautiful in a tranquil environment. Staff were very helpful. The restaurants were superb especially Sapporo del mondo. The staff at the restaurants especially a chef called Ran went out of their way to cater to my daughter's dairy free diet. Food was amazing. The swimming pool outside was a bit small and there were hardly any sunloungers available. It was very crowded around the pool. They could do with another pool outside as it is a huge hotel.

Super Hotel! Hat einfach alles gestummen ausser das es am Morgen und Abend Buffet sehr laut war und mega viele Leite hatte! Auch die Wartezeit am Lift war zum Teil sehr lange!

Unfreundliches Personal (insbesondere Reception). Grosszügige und saubere Zimmer-Suite. Ungenügende Ausstattung, resp. Angebote (Badbenutzung für Jugendliche nur zwischen 10:00 und 12:00).

Bel hôtel tout neuf (construction 2015).
Emplacement idéal pour ceux qui n'ont pas peur de 15' de tram.
Buffet petit déjeuner et dîner magnifiques !
