Great central location

Location is amazing as bang in the centre of Rome and easy to get to main points of interest. Customer service is hit and miss- some staff are very dismissive, as though you are getting in the way of them doing their job and others are friendly. The hotel is very traditional and grand, but run down. The rooms need refurbishing and locks/security chains need to be put inside the main door into the bedrooms, as feel a bit exposed in that anyone with a key can walk in unexpectedly (eg cleaners). This is an ok hotel, but has potential to be amazing.

Der Standort ist perfekt, das Hotel sehr alt. Schöne Dachterrasse, das Frühstück war nicht so toll, zu wenig Auswahl und das Personal nicht freundlich.

eher nein

erste zimmer gefühlte 5m², wenn man das wc benützt sind die füsse bereits komplettunter dem waschbecken da das bad so klein war, desolater zusatnd der möbel etc... klimaanlage defekt, am nächsten tag neues zimmer, größe ok, zustand möbel wie in einem museum. kein einziger deutscher fernsehkanal, personal beim frühstück räumt nicht einen teller ab, auswahl frühstück ein witz. dieses hotel würde ich aus meiner Sicht max 3 sterne geben

j'avais choisi cet hôtel car il était très bien situé. C'est le cas. Par contre pour un soit disant 5*, il est très en dessous de sa valeur. accueil très limite equipement et chambre très en dessous de 5* et est plus proche d'un 2* pris une grappa au bar : 18€!!! (petit verre à liqueur# reception TV digne des années 60 pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner le jour de notre départ #6h45) arrivée, chambre pas prête à 17h00!!!!

Peut mieux faire

Hotel idéalement situé pour découvrir les principaux monuments de Rome à pied. Terrasse sur le toit petite (les photos sont trompeuses) Consommations hors de prix, petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix comparé à ce que peuvent offrir d'autres hotels même à 4* (pas de pain !!!) Sinon très bel hôtel propre.
