Central hotel

The hotel is easy to find by foot from BART, it's located in a sketchier area of SF but it didn't feel unsafe as such, no problem if your comfortable with this. The hotel is clean and refurbished. The room had great facilities including fridge, microwave, sink, USB radio alarm. Bathrooms were shared but lots of them on the floor and very clean. Room was very quiet, no street noise or noise outside room. Also free breakfast was a big plus. However big negative was that the room was very hot and uncomfortable. The window didn't provide relief as partially internal. We asked reception for a fan and they did give us one. However due to the heat in the room it made the stay uncomfortable and for this reason I would probably not stay again, which is a shame as otherwise good budget hotel in expensive city.

Kaiken kaikkiaan muistutti enemmän hostellia kuin hotellia. Huone haisi tosi tunkkaiselta ja ikkunat olivat niin likaiset, että niistä ei melkein nähnyt läpi. Yksi pyyhkeistämme oli myös likainen. Liikenteen äänet sekä muu melu kuului huoneeseen todella selvästi. Aamiaisella oli käytössä vain kertakäyttöastioita. Ihan ok majapaikka muutamaksi yöksi, mutta en suosittelisi.

On a apprécié la chambre spacieuse et propre ainsi que la flexibilité du personnel pour offrir le petit-déjeuner au départ tôt le matin. Très apprécié. Par contre quartier un peu difficile et se garer est très difficile ! Attention aux contraventions et à la fourrière, ça arrive très vite et monte haut (400/500€). Également les fenêtres sont fines, pas à recommander avec un sommeil léger la rue étant bruyante, sûrement un problème de San Francisco plus que de cette rue en particulier.

La proximité du centre est appréciable. Le personnel à l’accueil est très sympathique en revanche les salles de bain ne sont pas nettoyées régulièrement : dommage.

Koko hostelli pikaisen remontin tarpeessa. Lattiamatot umpilikaiset, huoneessa vain yksi valo katossa, ei lukulamppuja, suihkuhuoneiden ovet alaosistaan taysin lahot. Aamupala askeettinen. Koska ei omaa p-paikkaa, auton p-maksu lahimmalla p-alueella 40 taalaa/yo. Hostellin ymparisto taynna kaduilla hortoilevia vahaosaisia. Muuten sijainti ok. Ehka halvalla ei voi saada hyvaa tai edes kohtalaaaista.
