Fantastic Hotel

Pros: Friendly and very professional service. Great facilities

Location: Best location in Malta. Plenty of top class restaurants and bars in surrounding area

Beautiful hotel and location

Great location and stunning hotel, so many areas of this hotel felt like a 5* experience and others where really disappointing. Service at Concierge for a 5* hotel was poor and staff where really unhelpful. You couldn’t fault the team in other areas of the hotel. Food on the whole wasn’t great, menu options where minimal and food was often either not available or it arrived and was exceptionally bland. Breakfast was €20 and was terrible! The outside pool facilities where amazing with stunning views but the inside pool was very small, had a lot of classes and children playing (which is fine), if you wanted to swim properly there was little opportunity and you had to choose your timing ie 8am. We tried the Spa and this was probably the best experience we loved it! Overall we left relaxed and happy it was just a shame the areas that let the hotel down are really easy fixes.

Rooms require soundproofing

Pros: The pool area
Cons: Soundproof the rooms
Location: Away from the busy area
Although the hotel looks beautiful we did not have a restful stay. From about 7 am children were,eat to their own devices to run up and down the corridor. Of an evening you could hear a child crying in the adjacent room. Upstairs, someone walked on a tiled floor with either shoes or heels constantly until around midnight. This could have been workmen. It was impossible to get a good nights sleep. We were in room 323 and wouldn't recommend this part of the hotel. The food could have been better especially the breakfast.

Visited for a two day business trip

Pros: Room size is more than ample and the bathroom was nicely appointed and very spacious. The bed's were also very comfortable.
Cons: No
Location: Easy to get to local business center as well as Valletta
Lovely hotel with nice amenities. Will be using again in the future
