Not happy with my stay at all. Was so looking forward to staying here for my birthday, and it was spoilt by poor service. From checking in everything is about money. We had a meal in the restaurant on the night and my sister saw one of the men touching her food with dirty hands, when he saw she had seen him, he quickly washed them, we complained at the time but had already paid for the meal. Next day my sister woke up with stomach ache, and at check out I complained again, the manager didn’t seem bothered, even though our meal cost close to a million RP, he would only take a floating breakfast for 200,000 off the bill. He then asked me what I would like and I told him to have my meal refund from last night. Which is refused, telling my sister he would take her to the doctor instead!!
I booked this place because I wanted to have a special birthday, and it was ruined by poor service and the manager not even been bothered about our distress.
I’m really upset with my stay and wish I’d just stayed somewhere else. Feel like this place just wanted my money and didn’t care about trying to make anything right.
