Nice hotel in Surrey

The hotel is situated in King George Surrey, Vancouver. The hotel has 3 floors. Positives: hotel staff were amazing, from front desk to cleaners to breakfast attendants. The breakfast room had hot/cold drinks available all day. Rooms were equipped with a coffee machine, fridge and microwave. The hotel also offered amenities such as shampoo, conditioner & body cream. Ice machine on all floors. Negatives: personally location was a problem as I didn't hire a car. The taxi ride to the station is approx CAD12-16 and takes around 8-12 minutes depending on traffic. King George Station is the first stop and the last stop is waterfront so accessible to Vancouver City. Day pass CAD9.75. No tall mirror which sounds minor but I had a wedding to attend so a mirror was a must especially when you are sharing with other women and the bathroom mirror is the only one. Breakfast is basic so it really depends on your requirements. Cereal, waffle machine, pastries and hot food such as bacon and eggs are included. Very low lighting in the rooms.
