Amazing stay at this lovely hotel, friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. No kettle in the room, but apparently you can get one from reception, i took my own as i had read there wasn't one. We had a deluxe room with canel view which I would definitely recommend and was worth the upgrade.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieser Unterkunft stimmte für uns nicht. Das Hotel ist extrem ringhörig. Auch das Personal ist nicht besonders freundlich. Die Lage, direkt neben dem St. Marco Platz ist zwar schön, trotzdem aber lohnt es sich unserer Meinung nach preislich nicht. Es gibt günstigere Hotels, die vielleicht nicht so zentral gelegen sind, aber da Venedig klein ist, ist zu Fuss dennoch alles gut erreichbar. Wir würden das Hotel demnach nicht mehr buchen. Noch eine kleine Nebenbemerkung am Rande; mein Partner hatte am Tag der Ankunft Geburtstag. Ich habe das Hotel vorgängig per Mail angefragt, ob das Zimmer ein bisschen dekoriert werden kann. Leider war dies nicht möglich, bzw. nach Hin-und-her-Mail-Verkehr nur gegen einen Aufpreis, was ich extrem schade fand.

Das Hotel ist in einer Top Lage, nur wenige Schritte bis zum San Marco Platz. Auswahl an Frühstück ist beschränkt. Das Personal ist höflich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hat es mir gefallen und kann das Hotel empfehlen.
