Hotelli on rautatieaseman lähellä, joten sieltä pääsi kätevästi muualle Wieniin metrolla. Rautatieasemalla on hyvät ostosmahdollisuudet. Hotellin henkilökunta oli kiireistä ja hieman takakireää, kohteliaisuus pintapuolista, mutta asiat hoituivat.
