"We had an amazing time !! We absolutely loved how the location was perfect and how everyone was so friendly "
A verified traveller stayed at Hyatt Grand Central New York
"The hotel is in a perfect location if you’re going to broadway shows. The rooms are small. There are no amenities like coffee pot or fridge. They are renovating the lobby so it was busy and noisy. Overall 4* paid a ridiculous amount for “resort fees” no idea what that was for. "
