OK für eine Nacht

Zimmer winzig, Fenster läßt sich nicht öffnen und das Frühstück naja.

Zentrales City-Hotel

Pros: Da Hotel ist ganz hübsch, absolut zentral gelegen und ideal für einen kurzen Städte-Trip nach Wiesbaden.
Cons: Aufzug im Parkhaus reparieren oder wenigstens Information und Wegbeschreibung aufhängen. Housekeeping schulen!!!
Location: Zentral in der Fußgängerzone von Wiesbaden
Wir haben eine Übernachtung ohne Frühstück im ACHAT-Hotel verbracht. Das Hotel hat einen direkten Zugang zum Parkhaus Mauritius-Galerie. Sehr praktisch eigentlich. Leider war der Aufzug vom Parkhaus ins Hotel seit mehreren (!!!) Wochen defekt. Es fehlte dazu leider sowohl im Parkhaus als auch auf der Hotel-Homepage eine Information. Also steht man erstmal etwas blöde am Aufzug. Hat man es dann verstanden, geht der Weg zu Fuß samt Gepäckt durchs Treppenhaus los. Unten angekommen, fehlt eine Wegbeschreibung ins Hotel... Hätten wir das vorher gewußt, wären wir entspannt mit dem Auto zum Hoteleingang gefahren, um auszuladen. Im Hotel selbst wurde uns leider erst auf Nachfrage erklärt, dass der Aufzug seit mehreren Wochen defekt ist und es ohne Aufzug keinen direkten Weg vom Hotel ins Parkhaus gibt. Am Tag unserer Abreise haben wir bewußt auf das Frühstück verzichtet, um auszuschlafen. Leider wurden wir sehr unsanft um kurz vor 9 Uhr durch ein Öffnen und beherztes Zuknallen unserer Zimmertüre aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Dann um kurz vor 11 Uhr (Check-Out erst 12 Uhr) klopfet das Housekeeping. Wir sagten laut und deutlich "Nein". Das hat die Dame nicht interessiert und ist beherzt eingetreten, um uns zu belehren doch das "Bitte-nicht-stören"-Schild raus zu hängen. Wir waren so baff, dass wir gar nicht regieren konnten. Jetzt ärgern wir uns sehr über diese Unverschämtheit. Was wollte das Housekeeping um 9 bzw. 11 Uhr in unserem Zimmer???
