Very comfortable and excellent and helpful staff. It is right opposite the main train station which was a big factor in our choice. Very well soundproofed but slight rumbling from the nearby trams. Beds could be a little firmer.

Hotel was really clean and up to date. Staff was really nice. Had issues with the room itself. A/C was not working properly, and lights kept turning on in the middle of the night for some reason (eventually I got the lights to stay off).

Nice hotel for very quiet stay

Pros: Location and good breakfast
Cons: Keep restaurant and bar open over Christmas.
Location: Perfect location for station and transport access.
Lovely hotel although I would not recommend it for a stay over Christmas if you are looking for atmosphere. We found the hotel to be somewhat lacking in Christmas spirit and had we known before booking our holiday that their restaurant plus bar would be closed over Christmas, we would have chosen another hotel who would offer guests access to all their facilities over the Christmas period.

The hub of Europe

Hotel has a fabulous location across from the train station and yet no noise disturbance. The staff, cleanliness and location are second to none. We will be back.
