Dear Sandrine,We would like to apologize to you once again for the unpleasant incident that occurred this day. We kicked those guests out of the hotel last night, and after 15 minutes the sound stopped. Maybe you noticed that too. We do not discriminate between guests by religion, language or country, but unfortunately we cannot predict what disrespect they will show in the room.
