Dear El Maizi;I read with much concern about the unpleasant experience that you have encountered during your previous stay with us. It is always disappointing to receive negative feedback I am sorry that certain aspects of your stay were below our usual high standards. We checked our records and found that after you told us that you burned the left hand at the Tost restaurant. The nurse immediately made an ice compress and put an ointment on it. We also have asked you if you desired a doctor. However, you did not want this. The CCTV recordingsI must draw your attention to the fact that the toast machine was definitely not defective! The CCTV records was checked and found that the lady opened the toast lid with her right hand and dropped it on her left arm. However, regarding the other allegations unfortunately, I could not find any records regarding the situation you have described to investigate and respond in detail. Please also note that we strive to provide excellent guest service and accommodation to each of our guests and I am sorry that we have failed you.
