Not close to the beach

We had an amazing time with my children. The people working there were all very nice and helpful. It was clean, the food was nice with always lots of choices. We will return for sure.

Aucun personnel ne parle français. J’ai eu une brûlure à l’avant-bras suite à un appareil défectueux à l’hôtel mais aucune prise en charge et difficile de communiquer avec eux..j’ai du tout acheté et me débrouiller tout seul.attention la consultation chez le médecin environ 120 euros.j’ai du appeler mon assurance en France pour qu’il y ai un suivi et l’hôtel n’a pas voulu me fournir une attestation d’incident. Attention à vos affaires dans dans votre chambre, fermé vos valises sous clés et vos papiers et documents dans le coffre.on ma pris mon iPhone, j’ai du allez 3 fois a l’accueil et comme par magie il réapparaît au bout de 3 jours. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Dear El Maizi;I read with much concern about the unpleasant experience that you have encountered during your previous stay with us. It is always disappointing to receive negative feedback I am sorry that certain aspects of your stay were below our usual high standards. We checked our records and found that after you told us that you burned the left hand at the Tost restaurant. The nurse immediately made an ice compress and put an ointment on it. We also have asked you if you desired a doctor. However, you did not want this. The CCTV recordingsI must draw your attention to the fact that the toast machine was definitely not defective! The CCTV records was checked and found that the lady opened the toast lid with her right hand and dropped it on her left arm. However, regarding the other allegations unfortunately, I could not find any records regarding the situation you have described to investigate and respond in detail. Please also note that we strive to provide excellent guest service and accommodation to each of our guests and I am sorry that we have failed you. I hope that you would consider giving us another chance to welcome you at our hotel in the future so that you can fully experience our exceptional service and characteristic hospitality.Sincerely,Asiye GÖKGuest Relations Manager
