Unfriendly staff at the reception. Handles clients as "kids" (i.e. some phrases "do you understand", "be honest", "should I translate for you"). Ordered room was not available at first, receptionist stated that there are no free rooms with King Size bed. Another receptionist had rooms available. Rooms are old (shower was defective) and not clean (stains on table and furniture).

Great location Very comfortable bed Friendly staff Unique decoration with the aquarium in the middle of the reception where you can see from the windows of the room Transport meters away which was perfect to visit places around! Amazing and very well recommended Nel and john
