Dear Fraser, what a pity we did not fulfill your expectations. Our rooms are equipped exactly as written here in the room descriptions, so we are a bit astonished by reading you missed a coffee/tea set in your standard room, although obviously this is a feature of the comfort room. If this is so important for you, please choose the higher category next time.

Wir bedanken uns herzlich für den Besuch und für`s Bewerten und stimmen Ihnen voll und ganz zu: eine Klimaanlage während der kürzlichen Hitzewelle wäre nicht nur bei uns, sondern auch daheim einfach traumhaft gewesen ;-) Bei uns gibt`s stattdessen portable Ventilatoren, die für ein wenig Abkühlung sorgen. Am Verschönern bleiben wir dran, versprochen!

O Schreck, dabei legen wir doch so großen Wert darauf, unseren Gästen mit einem leckeren und reichhaltigen Frühstück den Start in den Tag zu versüßen, und werden gerade dafür so gelobt. Wir schauen umgehend drüber, denn "lieblos", nein, das darf nicht sein! Vielen, vielen Dank für`s Bescheidsagen! Übrigens, die Zimmer unserer Komfort-Kategorie sind bereits komplett durchrenoviert, zusätzlich mit einer Kaffee-Tee-Station ausgestattet und als kleine Besonderheit kann man sich nach Herzenslust aus dem Getränkekühlschrank in der Lobby bedienen.
