A better best western

Good location 7 minute walk from centre on Main Street with museums and palaces. Room small but clean and comfortable. No bath just shower and basic toiletries. some poorly designed lighting in small room and limited poor quality TV channels. Good coffee and tea tray plus minibar well stocked but no prices meant I did not use it. Good for my short trip and few improvements would make a big difference

Das Hotel ist relativ Zentral gelegen. Bei meiner Freundin im Zimmer waren jedoch noch Bauarbeiten in Gange, weshalb Sie nach dem Ceck-In ihr Zimmer wechseln musste. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotel waren aber jeweils ein bisschen speziell. Meiner Meinung nach waren diese nicht für die Kundenbetreuung geeignet. Gross und ganz war der Aufenthalt aber gut.

Hôtel moyen - ni bon ni mauvais

Pros: L'hôtel est propre, les chambres sont propres. La chambre est peu bruyante. Cela fait l'affaire pour une nuit, pas de défaut rédhibitoire pour un court séjour.
Cons: La chambre est étriquée, vieillotte, le mini bureau n'est pas du tout pratique pour travailler car beaucoup trop haut et le siège n'est pas adapté. Le lit est assez mou. En plus, il n'y a pas de savon disponible vers le lavabo, il faut chaque fois se tourner vers la baignoire, écarter la vitre pour pouvoir prendre du savon. Un détail, certes... Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant, pas de bon pain, des croissants fourrés mais pas de bon croissants, confitures industrielles bas de gamme et de manière globale un choix limité. Pour 15 EURO, j'ai connu mieux (presque toujours mieux...)
Location: Quartier central, proche des institutions européennes. Pratique selon ce qu'on veut faire.

in het centrum

mooi en schoon hotel echter is het ontbijt karig. Weinig keuze, enkelvoudig ontbijt niet voor een 4 sterren hotel. Badkamer erg schoon en lekker verwarmd.

Hartje Brussel

Op loopafstand van Station Brussel Centraal en kamer zeer schoon. Minpuntje was het ontbijt, erg karig en weinig keuze.

absolutely not a 4 star hotel

We were shocked as we arrived at hotel because of 3 things: 1. No patking place available. So we had to park our car in a public parking lot nearby and walk 5 minutes to reach the hotel. Unoleasant if you are tired. 2. The door of the room was a disaster. Makes huge sounds if you wand open and close it. 3. Bed linien were clean but sone hairs on pillow and bed linien were still remained after washing. Highlight of our stay: alarm clock was not reset by service persons. So it woke us up unintended at 6:00. We were tired during our Brussels vacation because we slept very bad. Positive: Breakfast was really good for small price. It made us a little happy. The hotel is absolutely not a 4 star hotel.

Peut mieux faire

A notre arrivée à la chambre nous avons trouvé une serviette de bain par terre à coté du lit et la poubelle non vidée. Chambre coté rue avec une mauvaise insonorisation.
