There was a vibrating pulsing buzzing sound coming through the walls very early in the morning like a generator, I had someone come up and check but they didn’t know what it was. Also the entertainment and reps were really bad. The apartments were quite spacious and clean but the maids never changed the sheets, they just made the bed

Love this hotel. Friendly staff. Carmen Jessica.

Regular clients. Because it's so friendly. Only thing I wish the back gate was coded or something. It's a long walk around the front. Plus bathroom windows should be frosted. But all in all I love this hotel. Clean friendly and everything else u would ask for. Staff so kind Carmen Anabel Jessica lifeguard entertaining staff always lovely. Love it 100%

Brilliant hotel for families with young children staff were excellent

Hotel pool was all refurbish this year very clean great kiddies pool staff couldn't do enough entertainment staff were amazing kept all kids & adults going day & night only problem was food & drink prices they were charging 5 star prices for 3 star hotel €5.70 for bottle of wkd €2.50 a bottle when you go outside hotel overall great for the kids expensive for the adults

hotel was great everybody was so nice, clean, very good for families only 10 minute walk to main strip for entertainment

receptionist and swimming pool

had good stay but while there needed to go hospital and the receptionist couldnt of been friendlier or more help took my 1 and half yr old down and minded her for us was very nice. only problem i had was the pools were not very clean things floating in them all the time needed more cleaning love the location and will be bk

propre, pas cher mais bruyant

Séjour fin septembre :Un studio avec terrasse ensoleillé et climatisation. 2 piscines, personnel sympathique,appartement propre mais bruyant et lit peu confortable : on entend ronfler les voisins la nuit et on sent bien les ressorts du matelas... Une bouilloire serait bienvenue pour le petit déj du matin car hors saison aucun service de restauration mais une supérette au bas de l'hôtel

A lire avant d'y aller

L'hôtel est situé à environ 1km du centre ville et de la plage, ce qui est un avantage et un inconvénient: c'est trop loin de la plage mais assez éloigné du centre ville très bruyant le soir. Les environs de l'hôtel sont calmes mais les chambres très mal isolées et on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres alentours. Pour peu d'avoir des voisins indélicats qui parlent fort ou regardent la télé tard dans la nuit... prévoyez les boules Quiès !!! La piscine est assez grande et possède un toboggan ainsi que de nombreux transat. Un bar est également disponible. Les chambres sont plutôt propres et la kitchenette équipée d'un frigo, d'une gazinière ainsi que divers ustensiles de cuisine. On regrettera l'absence d'un micro-ondes. Prévoir d'amener sel, poivre, sucre, café ou thé. Vous trouverez le reste dans les nombreuses supérettes alentour. La télé et le wi-fi sont payant!!! L'accès à internet via une borne coûte 0,50€ les 5mn... Concernant les transports, un bus passe devant l'hôtel (n°104) mais est omnibus et met 1h30 pour arriver à Palma. Préférez le bus n°102 situé en centre ville mais qui est direct (30mn pour Palma). En bref, un hôtel sans prétention, relativement bien situé avec des équipements de base, le tout pour un prix correct.

un bon moment

situé à une vingtaine de km de Palma, cet hotel avec piscine permet réellement de se reposer, de changer d'air. L'équipe professionnelle est très agréable, le rapport qualité prix est excellent.
