Très moyen, ce n'est clairement pas fou pour un 5 étoiles. Chambre Deluxe pas pratique du tout et sans intimité (peu spacieux, pas de salle de bain séparée, fines portes vitrées, …). L'état global est assez mauvais pour un hôtel qui est censé avoir été totalement rénové il y a 2 ans, tout est fait avec du pas cher, la douche était cassée, les joints pas propres, de la rouille à certains endroits, etc. Les chambres sont aussi très mal équipées, il y a le strict minimum, juste des grosses bouteilles standard de savon/champoing/crème corps, rien d'autre, pas de coton tige, lingette, dentifrice, bonnet de douche, lime à ongle, mini savon, tapis de bain, etc. même pas une éponge si vous avez besoin d'essuyer quelque chose. Le service au bar est lent, il faut quasi systématiquement attendre 10min pour avoir votre cocktail, même quand il y a peu de monde, et oubliez l'idée de vous saouler avec, ils économisent sur l'alcool. La salle du bar intérieur est bruyante, et l'hôtel est plein d'anglais qui parlent très fort, ne respectent pas grand chose sans jamais être rappelés à l'ordre. Certains membres du personnel ne font pas d'effort pour parler un anglais correct, ils parlent très vite avec un fort accent espagnol, ce qui demande souvent de faire répéter. Les desserts et le pain du restaurant ne sont pas top (certainement du décongelé). Il faut arriver tôt pour avoir des places sur les transats des piscines, et la piscine du haut n'ouvre qu'à 12h. Ascenseur très lent aussi.
