Nice park and resort. Perfect for kids

We enjoyed lot with the resort facilities and the all inclusive food. Variety of food with good quality too. Perfect for kids.

It's a bit noisy

Generally it was a positive experience staying at this hotel. Katmandu Park is perfect for the kids and the fact that it's free for hotel guests is excellent. The location of the hotel is a bit two sided, it's nice and close to the beach, just a couple of minutes walk to the sea and lots of decent restaurants. The down side is its location in relation to BCM, and the fact that noise insulation from the doors onto the balcony is pretty much non existent. It was pretty tough for me to get a decent nights sleep due to the shouting from the streets and the noise from the corridors. The hotel entertainment was pretty good, again, aimed at kids, so perfect for families. All in all, the only downside is the fact that it's a little bit noisy, but we had a good time anyway.

A work in progress

The hotel on the whole is ok. This is still being refurbished and does offer good value for money. My group I was travelling with out of all the three rooms we had not one of them looked like the ones advertised. I would not recommend bringing children here as it is full of younger people going clubbing and being disruptive at night. The staff were very polite and welcoming. One of our rooms on arrival had half a bath and the air con wasn't repaired for 4 days and once this was repaired water started dripping out of it. The theme park is decent because it is free. This is a 5 min walk away from the strip so some of the rooms will be subject to noise.

Hôtel très sympa pour les enfants.

Hôtel très bien pour les enfants avec le park aquatique free et le park à thème, l’hotel très bien situé ,la plage à moins de 3 minute à pied, ainsi que tout les petit commerce et autre activité sont sur place .un peut de monde au bord de la piscine à partir de 11 h impossible de trouver un transat pour mettre ça serviette vaut mieux la poser vers 9h des l’ouverture .. mdr Pas mal de monde dans l’hôtel et dans les rue normal c’est Magaluf,un peut bruyant au milieu de tout c’est immeuble quand les gens pousse des crie ou chante un peut , c’est les vacances .... Pour manger c’est tres très bien pour en tout inclus .. la bouffe est bonne et très varié..rien à dire à ce niveau là . Le personnel est au petit soin , mon fils à fait une allergie à un fruit , on a été tout de suite prit en charge par l’ambulance qui est arriver 5 min àpres... l hôpital est public rien eu besoin de payer .. hallucinant pour un pays qui roule pas sur l’or.. Les vacances ce sont très bien passé , je recommence cette hôtel .. Attention pas trop de francofone dans l’hôtel . Surtout anglais et allemand . Salutations julien

Hôtel sympa mais mal situé

Pros: Le personnel très sympathique et serviable. Les buffets sont très variés.
Cons: Isolation phonique. Le nettoyage des sols dans la chambre.
Location: La mer est à 5 minutes.
Prestations top en all inclusive. Logés au 9e étage, les nuits sont extrêmement bruyantes étant en face d'hôtels ou de pensions où des jeunes font la fête toute la nuit en hurlant. Notre porte-fenêtre ne fermant pas très bien, les nuits étaient difficiles ! Dommage ! De plus, certaines familles rentrent tard avec des enfants très bruyants dans les couloirs mais ça l'hôtel n'y peut pas grand-chose ! Les piscines sont très petites pour un hôtel de cette capacité. Trouver une chaise longue après 10 heures du matin est mission impossible ! Heureusement, la plage est très proche et très agréable.

Single mit Kind

Das erste Zimmer, welches wir bekommen haben, war eine dunkle, kleine Höhle. Kaum Raum sich zu bewegen. Gegen Aufpreis liessen wir uns ein grösseres Zimmer geben, welches dann einigermassen OK war, jedoch keinen Balkon hatte und zur Strasse hin ausgerichtet war. Zudem ist die Umgebung sehr laut, auch in der Nacht, und das, obwohl wir in der Nebensaison fuhren. Essen war very british und ungeniessbar. Ich war sehr froh, dass wir nur Frühstück genommen hatten und uns sonst ausserhalb versorgt haben.
