Smart central hotel

Stylish facilities and friendly helpful staff. We stayed 2 nights over Christmas. The buffet breakfast had one of the best selections I have ever seen. Very pleasant stay.

First time in South Africa

This hotel went beyond our expectations - the staff were friendly and very helpful. The Trees restaurant and it's staff were great as we ate there every night and tried most things on the menu. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend this to others!

Making a business trip better

Staying in many different hotels around the world can make you a difficult to please guest - but I found the Townhouse a very nice hotel to stay in. The location is nice and central and the food great. My room was a bit small but comfortable and relatively quiet and the staff very helpful - I found it good value for money.

Great VFM hotel in Central Cape Town

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Townhouse, the staff were superb especially the breakfast staff, I stayed in a single for 5 nights and I found it comfortable and although small it was sufficient for my needs. The rooms could do with a renovation but everything needed was in working order. Breakfast was a large choice of continental with a full English cooked to order, which I enjoyed at leisure in nice surroundings. C/I & C/O was efficient and friendly and I was helped when required. Cannot fault the hotel and if visiting again would happily return.

Le bon choix

Hôtel idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville, accès rapide à toutes les commodités. Personnel de qualité, discret et très professionnel, l'accueil n'hésite pas à vous renseigner, conseiller et même anticipe vos démarche dans le but de trouver une solution qui vous convient et rend encore plus confortable votre séjour. Chambre de très bon standing. Je le conseille les yeux fermés.

Empfehlenswert

Das Townhouse Hotel am Rande der Stadtmitte ist ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Durchweg ist ein hohes Sicherheitsgefühl gegeben. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber leider auch etwas langsam. Beim Frühstück sah das Personal bei voller Besetzung gänzlich überfordert aus und auch die Managerin die bereitwillig mithalf, bummelte nur so rum. Ansonsten war der Service sehr zufriedenstellend und das Buffet hervorragend. Die Betten im Zimmer waren bequem (es gab aber nur eine große Decke) und die Ausstattung bot alles was man braucht. Mit der Sauberkeit wurde es zwar nicht sehr genau genommen, aber für mein Empfinden war es ausreichend.
