This property is very new, in an excellent location and has nice rooms. I had some difficulties with the check-in and check-out process and the staff seemed a bit confused.

The staff are amazing. Top quality stay. Excellent facilities. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable, spotlessly clean bathroom.

New hotel. Everything worked well. Bed was good. We had room for three person but what is it everywhere, towels, glasses etc. for two in room.

Very clean hotel,room and bathroom good. Nice location by canal, not too noisy. The only problem was no choice of pillows and they were very high! Also 3 of us in room but only 2 cups and not enough tea, milk etc. Both days had to ask for extra cup and tea etc. which they quickly got for us

Das Hotel war alles in allem sehr gut. Hervorzuheben sind die tollen Drinks an der Bar (wirklich herausragend!) und das sehr leckere Essen. Ich würde das Hotel wieder besuchen.

Ok, but not outstanding. Infrastructure was designed for handicapped people, which was not very suitable for us. Lowered rinse, special sized Toilette, shower etc.
