New hotel. Everything worked well. Bed was good. We had room for three person but what is it everywhere, towels, glasses etc. for two in room.

Very clean hotel,room and bathroom good. Nice location by canal, not too noisy. The only problem was no choice of pillows and they were very high! Also 3 of us in room but only 2 cups and not enough tea, milk etc. Both days had to ask for extra cup and tea etc. which they quickly got for us

No parking. Stayed 2 nights they only came to clean room on second day at 17:45 thats too late as we were getting ready to go out. No spirits at residents bar had to take drink to our room. Not what i would expect from a hotel. Rooms nice bed comfortable. Poor flush in toilet
