The room was not yet prepared to receive the customer , wi fi is very week and does not reach the srea of my room , TV wad out of order ,Quality of lunch food is Zero.to ask for late checkout you have to pay LE 150.00 Very far from city center and not as mentioned in their website.

Reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff extremely helpful and dedicated. They accommodate all requests and assist with anything required. I didn’t interact with staff from other departments, but I’m sure the standards are consistent across departments.

Big hotel many restaurants to choose

Was diving and divers lodge is there and is best, lots of pools and bar to enjoy. Wi-fi is only in lobby which was fine as was not ken to check whatsapp and fb all times. Food is good, crab, beef vegatarian option all there

Gefallen: - Schnelligkeit der Ein- und Auschecken - Die Personal waren super nett und freundlich - Das Essen war super lecker Nicht gefallen: - das Internet ist nur kostenlos an der Lobby, und war zu langsam. - die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist zu alt - das Preis für den Gibon-Insel war zu hoch im Vergleich zu den anderen Reisenden, die auf dem gleichen Boat mitgereist.
