A bit...meh

A very expensive 2 nights in Kitzbuhel which did not meet our expectations. Dealings with reception staff were far from welcoming. Suite room was fine but more suitable for a business visit. Food at dinner and breakfast was tasty with a nice selection but as it was completely buffet style it lacked any feeling of a 5 star experience. It also meant service staff seemed unorganised, once we weren't asked at all if we wanted a drink. Another time we were asked by 3 different staff members what we would like to drink. Individual staff in the restaurant were very sweet however. Sauna and pool area was a really lovely spot. Partner played on the golf course. He really enjoyed the course until he was rudely confronted by a staff member which lead him to feel very unwelcome. A mixed bag all round. Won't suggest that you stay here. Instead stay at schloss lebenburg.

Spa Bereich und Pool war fantastisch. Personal auch sehr freundlich. Was überhaupt nicht gut war , dass der Lift für 5. Stock war ständig kaputt, man müsste von 4.Stock bis 5.Stock immer die Treppen nehmen. Das Zimmer war sehr weit von Restaurants/Bar / Lobby und Spa Bereich entfernt.

Sehr schönes Ressort mit Top-Essen!

Pros: Essens- und Wellnessangbeot
Cons: Sauberkeit der Gaubenbalkone (hier waren noch die Aschereste der Vorgänger-Raucher)
Location: Nähe Kitzbühel, Stadtzentrum in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, der Wellness-Bereich relativ groß, das kulinarische Angebot ist überrragend, trotz Buffet mit sehr reichhaltiger und hochwertiger Auswahl können die Erwachsenen ungestört im "Stüberl" essen. So ruhig hat man selten in einem Hotel gegessen. Auch die Superior-Zimmer (günstigste Kategorie) liegen sehr ruhig und abgeschieden mit schönem Blick auf die Berge.

Entspricht nicht dem was es verspricht.

Pros: Das Wellness ist schön.
Das Zimmer war sicherlich keine 30m2 gross wie es bei der Buchung angegeben wurde. Der Balkon war kein Balkon sondern nur ein Austritt im Dach, wo zwei Personen keinen Platz fanden. Es wurde nicht das gehalten, was man versprach. Das Frühstücksbüffet war hingegen sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal entgegenkommend. Bei unserer Abreise habe ich im Badezimmer meinen Rasierapparat vergessen. Trotzdem, dass ich am gleichen Abend das Hotel darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde nicht reagiert. Erst nach meinen zweiten Anruf am nächsten Tag wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass kein Rasierapparat abgegeben wurde. Das selbe habe ich erfahren nach meiner schriftlichen Anfrage. Das enttäuscht mich sehr. In einem kultiviertem Betrieb ist man daran gewöhnt, dass vergessene Sachen abgegeben und nachgeschickt werden. Nach dieser Erfahrung kommen wir in dieses Hotel sicherlich nicht mehr.
