The Newport is a beautiful hotel and we were privileged enough to stay with the compass club. We had an incredible view over the lake and the compass staff were magical - especially Marie, who was so welcoming each morning at breakfast, celebrating each of my disneybound dresses. I wouldn’t have enjoyed queuing for the standard breakfast - each morning was incredibly busy, but we never once had to wait for the compass club entry…and their food was delicious. We had a few issues on arrival with our room, but were moved swiftly and no complaints after that. The pool was fantastic and not busy at all - so we spent many a restful evening splashing around after a long day in the park. The COVID efforts made us feel incredibly safe and everyone wore masks and used the hand gel. This was our first holiday since the pandemic and it was a wonderful experience. Ok we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Poor accommodation. Entire hotels requires a refurb and our hotel room was very dirty. No kettle or fridge as standard which is a surprise for a 4* hotel. Poor area and changing rooms were exceptionally dated. A disappointing stay.
