zero on cleanliness

Pros: location
Cons: everything that i mentioned in my complaints
Location: location is nearby to train and metro stations. a lot of good places to eat nearby as well.
we had a very bad experience in the hotel: 1. dirty pot and dirty floor in the bathroom 2. shower drain was clogged 3. room was so hot, thermostat was not working. we had to sleep with our balcony door open all 3 nights (noisy at night). very discomforting. 4. rude staff at the breakfast 5. we were not offered another room or any compensation It is a very basic hotel, I will not recommend it if you want a nice experience.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Rome city centre

Pros: The beds were very comfortable in good sized rooms. The reception staff and waiters were friendly and helpful. Nice hotel garden to relax in.
Cons: The room on the lower level had an unpleasant damp smell. The breakfast hot food was cold every day. The wifi didn't work for 2 days on the 2nd floor
Location: We liked the location in the quieter part of town and was only 5 minutes walk from the metro.
Overall we thought the hotel was very pleasant, in a nice area, although were not impressed with the following. - we had previously rung and requested our teenage children's room to be next door to ours (which was agreed) and when we got there was given rooms 3 floors apart, even if they had upgraded 1 room it was quite an inconvenience. - 2 out of the 4 days of our stay there was a film crew using the hotel, with their equipment cluttering hallways and the lift, which we had no prior knowledge of.

Peaceful hotel close to everything

Pros: Peaceful garden, wonderful staff, public transportation easy to use
Cons: No kitchen so you can´t get anything to eat in the evening. But there are many wonderful restaurants and a 24/7 store close by.
We were very pleased with the hotel. Bologna metro station is close by, so we used public transportation to see Colosseum, Vatican and so on. 24/7 store within a few minutes of walking. Wonderful staff! We had some problems with our air condition during the first 24 h of our visit but they fixed the problem immediately.

Tolle bilder/in Realität aber Alptraum

Auf den fots wunderschön und romantisch, stellte sich in echt das hotel als alptraum heraus. Zimmer im keller, keine minibar, moderiger gestank und nicht sauber. Auch die bedienung war nicht gerade freundlich. Auf fragen, wieso wir keine minibar hatten, wurden wir einfach ignoriert. Frühstück war auch unter dem standart, kein o-saft, kein richtiges brot, nichts frisches und extrem kleine auswahl!

Schönes Hotel

So ruhig und doch in 20 Minuten im Zentrum !

Worauf wir nicht gefasst waren, dass es in dieser Anlage auch Zimmer im Souterrain gibt. Das war bei der Ankunft ein kleiner Schock für uns, da wir das kleine Fenster das sich im Zimmer befand nachts wegen Geruchsbelästigung auch nicht offen lassen konnten.Also bei Zimmerbestellung auch das Geschoss bekanntgeben! In der Beschreibung stand auch was von einem Sprung in den swimmingpool. Den gibt es nicht! Aber vielleicht liegt der Fehler auch in der Übersetzung der homepage von italienisch auf Deutsch. Beim Buchen achtete ich darauf, dass das Personal auch deutschsprachig ist, was in der Beschreibung auch angeführt war, aber in der Praxis nicht so war. Natürlich geht es in Englisch auch, aber in der eigenen Sprache geht 's ganz einfach leichter.... Personal sehr freundlich !! Zum Putzen gab es einen Putztrupp, der eigentlich alles sauber hielt, außer dem Schimmelrand im Waschbecken, aber vielleicht kommt das auch wegen der fehlenden Belüftung im Souterrain.Alles in allem eine schöne Anlage, jedoch merkt man das Fehlen von Personal, weil ganz einfach viel mehr aus dem Hotel herauszuholen wäre. Z.B. eine Möglichkeit dass man sich abends einen snack kaufen kann und man dazu nicht aus dem Hotel raus muss.Eben so Kleinigkeiten, dass man sich so richtig wie ein kleiner König vorkommt!!

Gerne wieder

Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und auch immer sauber. Das Frühstück liess nichts zu wünschen übrig und konnte mit Ausblick in den schönen Garten genossen werden. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel ziemlich ausserhalb des Zentrums liegt. Es ist aber gut über die öV erschlossen und auch ein Taxi in die Innenstadt kostet nicht alle Welt. Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel und wir haben es jeden Abend genossen nach dem hecktischen Treiben der Innenstadt in dieser kleinen Oase zur Ruhe zu kommen.

Städteflug Rom

das Hotel liegt an einer ruhigen Lage, etwa 20 Min. mit Metro vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich,hilfsbereit und sprachkundig. Frühstück ausreichend. Ideal für Gäste, die nach einer anstrengenden Städtetour etwas Ruhe suchen,trotzdem aber nicht weit von der City enfernt sein wollen.
