10/10 cleanliness, location & service. One thing that bothered us were the door slamming from other rooms, the bedroom doors have slow closing devices but it still shuts with a loud bang.

Everywhere clean, food good, staff helpful and friendly, convenient location, in short, everything you could want from a hotel. Okay, it's all a bit dated, but that wouldn't stop us from returning to the Norfolk Hotel if we were staying in St. Helier again.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Brian and edwauno were hillarious and really made you feel welcome. Close to all amenities. A little noisy if you are on the front, however it has not put us off from staying again. The cafe by the pool was great also. Loved our stay and will be going back. Definitely not a 2 star hotel more like 4

Great hotel, would recommend to anyone

Pros: Close to town, clean and the food was good
Cons: None
Location: The town is 5 mins walk from the hotel, there's all the shops you could need and lots of places to eat
The Norfolk hotel has only 2 stars, we have stayed in 4 other hotels on Jersey either 3 or 4 star and this hotel tops them every time. It very clean and and spacious, and staff are very friendly and are always happy the help. The breakfast is hot and good quality, and you are allotted the same table for the duration of your stay. In addition to the above it's 5 mins walk for the town centre, so no need to try and find somewhere to park. We will be booking this hotel again, and I would recommend it to anyone
