We stayed here for 2 nights whist visiting the Toronto Area. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful. It was very useful for us that there was a laundry room available as we were on a 2 week touring vacation and able to do laundry. There was a good choice for breakfast with Hot items available.

Epic fail

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous avons constaté que notre réservation ne correspondait pas a la chambre que nous recevions. Nous avions fait une réservation avec deux doubles lit, il n'y avait qu'un lit double et un sofa ! L'hôtel était complet et nous n'avons pas pu changer de chambre. L'accueil nous a proposé un petit lit d'appoint en plus du sofa. Heureusement la chambre était grande ! Nous sommes partis visiter TOronto et le deal devait être fait pendant notre absence. À notre retour a 12 h pm, rien n'était fait ! Nous avons du aller voir le gardien de nuit pour obtenir le lit d'appoint, des draps... Nous avons fait nos lits...beaucoup d'excuses de la part du personnel, nous aurions apprécier un geste commercial. La salle du petit déjeuner minuscule pour un grand établissement, mais les mets étaient corrects...surtout les gaufres faites maison
