We had a wonderful stay and the staff were really helpful and friendly.... our only complaint was the bedding wasn't changed during our stay of six nights...

Four stars by the narrowest margin

The best thing about the hotel is its location. In front of the beach and with many restaurants nearby

Nice Hotel close to the beach

Pros: The place of the hotel and the faciliteis
Location: Calpe is a nice place with two beaches, one is close to the Hotel and the other one is one and a half kilometers away, there is a Crag to climb
It's a nice hotel, very clean with a nice management, good services for the customers

Excellent Location But Noisy Rooms

Cons: Bathrooms are tired and the shower went hot and cold whilst on one setting.
This our second stay here and although the location of the hotel is excellent being directly adjacent to the beach and town centre it is let down by the fact that the walls and floors of the guest rooms must be paper thin as you can hear everything going on in the rooms either side of you and especially scraping chairs on the floor above you.The hotel definitely gets busier at weekends with a younger crowd who were already making a lot of noise in the morning of our check-out so we were relieved to be going home. Two other rather annoying points are that they charge you 10 Euros per day to park your car and 3 Euros per day for the room safe...in my view this is just being greedy.In the end our parking charges were as much as the cost of hiring the car in the first place. If you can take the noise then this is a very nice hotel to stay in with excellent staff and good food options but it's a villa or nice apartment for us next time.

AN EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER REPEAT

Pros: the view
Cons: everything but especially air con and bedrooms and proper beds
Location: nice beach and restaurants
I booked this hotel because it was near the beach and had 4 stars it looks quite modern and clean on the outside and the lobby is nice and modern also with good air con. However the most important thing in a hotel is the bedroom and beds and these were dated and dirty also the beds were very old and uncomfortable ive thrown out better myself over the years, the worst thing though was the fact that the air con didnt work really and in fact pumped out warm air not cold so the room was like an oven and it was 34 degrees outside, in fact we had to sleep with the balcony doors open and the room door open to give us any relief at all. I would never stay in this hotel again and the only good thing about it was that they refunded me the others nights so at least i didnt lose our totally. It really is a question of caveat emptor (buyer beware)
