Great location, friendly staff! Would stay again!

Excellent location, staff made us feel very welcome. Buses and transport from outside the hotel across the whole island! Highly recommend!

Brilliant Staff

The hotel was very good and warrants a 4 star rating. The only downside is the surrounding terrain. It's very hilly and if walking anywhere you have to contest the hills. No problem for myself but my wife often struggled especially in the heat.

Lovely Hotel.

Friendly Staff and lovely location with plenty of Restaurants on your doorstep.Bus stops just along the road where you can go to Palma one way or Palma Nova the other way.Lovely Spa and great Breakfast.

Brilliant

We both had a great time. The staff was outstanding. We both have busy lives and we went mostly for the rest, which we got. I would recommend family and friends to go there if they want a complete rest. The only thing I would recommend they should have some evening entertainment.

Excellent Weekend Destination & Great Value Hotel!

Have stayed here several times and this hotel is excellent value for money. The hotel has very friendly, professional staff. It is in a great location giving easy access to the excellent marina, beaches, bars and restaurants Portals and the area have to offer. The hotel has undergone a partial upgrade in the last year (reception, bar area, floors 5 & 6). The other rooms are more traditional and dated for a 4*. However, the hotel is clean, offers a good breakfast and is great value for money with friends or family. We will be back!

family holiday

Overall quite good,maybe rooms need updating.Area quiet really not many bars or restaurants,ones we used were ok.Bit of a trek to beach.Hotel entertainment,being family friendly,could at least have one night.Food and staff great.Not the quietest of rooms if noisy neighbours/corridors.

Great little hotel with something for everyone

Great location, restaurants immediately across the hotel or 10 minutes walk at the marina. Palma is 20mi s away by bus which you can catch from outside the supermarket. Plenty if beds although you do need to be down early or be prepared to move a few to get them together, no big deal though and the lifeguard is always happy to help. You'll be given pool cards when you arrive to swap for towels daily. I've stated here twice, first time with a group of girls and thus time with my 6yr old niece. Both times the hotel and location has met my requirements.

Great service, relaxed, ideal location & value for money

When we got to our room we found our request for a twin room hadn't been fulfilled and we had to pay an extra 20 euros per night for a twin room. The double room was a 'standard' which is quite dated decor wise. The twin room was a 'deluxe' in the newly refurbished part of the hotel. The difference was dramatic - i'd always go for the Deluxe room now. The manager didn't break a smile while we were there but the hotel staff were superb - friendly, helpful, attentive. Great value for money and the food was excellent at breakfast. We ate in the restaurant one evening and that was superb too. As the port is only a short walk away it's easy to enjoy the bars and restaurants there without a big taxi ride. The spa is excellent too. This hotel is a great base and we have already booked again for July. Just a couple of things that could be improved: cushions on the sun beds by the pool, room fridge turned on(!), hair dryer with more umph, couldn't fathom the air con. But we're going back so enough said really.

Super couples mini break

Excellent time at this hotel. I'm not a spa fan, but decided to try out the free entry and was pleased I did. Breakfasts were very good ....never seen cava served at breakfast before!! The rooms were clean and staff helpful. Easy walk down to Marina and nearby bus stop to get to Palma or Palma Nova. Mini golf was a bit jaded, but overall for the price we paid, we felt it was very good value.

A Fab Easter Weekend

The hotel is ideally situated for Palma and nearby Palma Nova . Breakfast is very good and there's plenty of choice of both hot and cold options, including Cava. Bucks Fizz is a nice way to start the day!! The hotel is comfortable, clean and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
