Some good, some bad points

The hotel has insufficient sunbeds for the number of guests. The pool is far too small. This leads to quite a crowded area. The hotel itself was average. It is quite well maintained but dont be fooled by their photos. They have photographed a renovated suite, whereas none of the rooms are in the same style. They havent been upgraded. We went to the beach a to avoid the rush for sundbeds at 9am. The doors to the pool are locked prior to this, and when opened everyone ran to get beds. At 9.01am no sunbeds were ever left. Towels were put on them to reserve them. Then people go away for breakfast and reappear around midday. The pool closes at 7pm and in july you could sit there for another hour or so. Other than that the hotel is recommended. Nothing out of the ordinary but no other complaints.

Did Not like HOTEL

Nice location but that's about it. we were supposed to get a room( room was tiny ) with a full sea view which we paid extra for. we were told that the room we had was full sea view when it was clearly side sea view majority of staff in reception ( except one ) couldent seem to care less. then every morning at 9.a.m. on the dot there was a stampede for the li lo's by the pool and the noise level was too high. i am easy going but won't be going back to the Jardin del mar ever again!and would advise anyone of thinking of going to think twice!!!!

Super piscine, emplacement et personnels. Chambre pour une famille de 4 ridicule : 2 lits separé pour les adultes et un lit pliable et le canapé pour les enfants : malgré une plainte à la réception rien n'as été possible de faire. Nous n'y retournerons pas

hotel confortable au plus proche de la mer

Pros: l'implantation géographique, la propreté des espaces communs
Cons: Laisser de l'information aussi pour les français. Couloirs très bruyants. Bus pour les destinations extérieures pas assez nombreux, files d'attentes
Les hauteurs de Santa Ponça sont magnifiques, une journée de randonnée dans la baie s'impose. Les boutiques de plages restent bas de gamme et le restauration est à sélectionner. Orientez vous vite vers Palma, on peut y consacrer 3 jours, architecture fabuleuse, soyez courageux pour l'attente des bus de ville. Toutes les villes sont très propres, jamais une incivilité, beaucoup de courtoisie...jamais vu un policier en uniforme. De Retour à Paris, passage par la Gare de Lyon, le contraste est saisissant. Attention les navettes collectives Hotel aéroport peuvent durer 1H40. Peu de français sur l'île, réviser votre anglais avant de partir. Je recommande vivement cette destination.

Bonne situation mais c’est tout...

Séjour à la Toussaints avec 2 enfants <4 ans. Mieux vaut parler allemand ! L’hôtel est très bien placé, déserte de bus pratique et accès taxi facilité. En dehors de cela, le reste laisse à désirer. Le personnel de la réception est inexistant, la demie pension n’inclut pas l’eau,toutes les boissons sont payantes et il n’y a pas de carafe, il faut donc préparer la monnaie... le buffet n’est pas très élaboré. Hôtel vieillot, mobilier et état général méritant une remise à neuf. Contraint de dormir sur des lits jumeaux, pas de lit double... Pas certaine que cet hôtel soit véritablement un 3*

Warum wird dieses Hotel so schlecht beurteilt?

Pros: Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Cons: Handtuchhalter auf den Balkonen anbringen. Dann sieht es optisch auch gleich netter aus :)
Location: Im Englischen Viertel, ziemlich am Ende. Shops, Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar aber auch der Strand ist nur einigen Minuten entfernt.
Normalerweise buche ich Hotels nur ab "Gut"-Beurteilungen meiner Vorreisenden und ab 4 Sterne, gerade in Spanien. Wir sind im vergangenen Jahr aus einer Not heraus - alles bezahlbare war ausgebucht - im TRH gelandet. Wir waren erstaunt über das positive Ergebnis, da unsere Erwartungen natürlich nicht sonderlich hoch waren und so haben wir erneut hier gebucht. Der positive Eindruck bestätigte sich erneut. - Zimmer sehr sauber - Gute Matratzen - Netter Empfang - mehrsprachig - - ausreichendes Frühstück, englischlastig - kein eigener Parkplatz aber ca. 100m entfernt ist ein öffentlicher, kostenloser Parkplatz wo wir immer einen Platz finden. - Beim letzten Mal hatten wir seitlichen Mehrblick, diesmal sogar direkten Meerblick und dies für einen Spotpreis. - Da es sich um eine Appartementanlage handelt ist vom Toaster über Wasserkocher alles vorhanden. - kleines Manko: Aufhänger für die Handtücher auf dem Balkon fehlen u. Poolbenutzung nur bis 19h Ja, die Holzlasuren sind in die Jahre gekommen, man sieht d. d. Hotel schon die besten Jahre hinter sich hat aber es wie gesagt alles sehr sauber und liebe Mitreisenden man muss die Kirche schon mal im Dorf lassen. Es ist ein 3 Sterne-Hotel. Da sich das Hotel im englischen Viertel befindet sind hier natürlich überwiegend Briten untergebracht, hier aber die ruhigere Fraktion. Hellhörigkeit ist in Spanien auch im 4-Sterne-Hotel normal, da hängt das Glück eben von den Nachbarn ab :) Wir kommen wieder. Ich habe für April schon gebucht.

Kiintopiste

Hotelli vastasi siitä etukäteen saamamme kuvaa. Pieni kuluneisuus ei haitannut meitä, koska päivät olimme harrastuksemme parissa ja kävimme vain hotellissa yöpymässä. Näkymät hotellilta lahdelle mahtavat sekä hieno uima-allasosato jota olisi voinut myös käyttää. Hotellin varausjärjestelmässä on toivomisen varaa, vaikka meillä oli matkatoimiston lähettämä varausvahvistus emme saaneet huonetta ennen kuin otimme mätkäyhtiöön yhteyttä ja sieltä lähetettiin uusi sähköposti ( emme olleet ainoita saman ongelman kanssa ).
