Actually about cheese due to the high humidity in Thailand and the fact that our Dining area is open air, we can't put cheese on ice or it gets covered with condensation and becomes all mushy and slimy. Because we’re small we can serve Guest preferences better than a large resort. We recommend if you’re looking for a large resort, pls check some other options.Our happiest Guests researched for a Boutique destination full service 4.5 Star resort at a reasonable price surrounded by nature but within reasonable walking distance (10-15 minutes) of the Beach and Town. Our happiest Guests appreciate our SkyPool and reasonably priced services: Laundry, Food & Beverage, Spa Services (both complimentary and paid), Tour Bookings etc. Many say they never felt a need to leave the resort.Although Google walking times are 11 minutes to the beach and 13 minutes to Karon Village Center (using the new shortcut), We would like to note transportation options:* Please note 5 minutes walking from our driveway, you can be on the Nong Harn Lake footpath which is the largest beachside park in Phuket.* Our complimentary Beach Shuttle runs 2 times daily* Use phone App like Bolt or Grab. Based on Guest Feedback our design goal was to provide a Casual Laid Back Boutique 5 Star Resort at reasonable rates. We did this by carefully evaluating what Guests say in all their 4-5 star reviews to find out what they really use and what they don’t. Therefore we have been upgraded a 4.5 Star Resort (rather than 5) because in a small resort it’s impossible to fulfill some 5 Star requirements such as two separately branded restaurants with different menus etc.. We appreciate all Guest Feedback regarding what is important to You, our Guests, so we can continue to improve and provide what 5 star travelers want and need at the lowest price possible. Our Chinese laundry priced by the kilo enables us to offer very reasonable prices and high quality. We want to serve you :-). It's only 5 minutes walk from our driveway to the entrance of the largest beachside park in Phuket where within another 5-10 minutes walk you can enjoy landscaped walking paths and access all of Karon Beach and shops etc. Enjoy.

And here are some things we notice. OUR HAPPIEST GUESTS are folks looking for a full service destination resort with reasonable prices for all in house services travelers need (Food - Drink - Laundry -Spa - Gym - Quality Time - etc). Those seeking a holiday where they run around searching out the cheapest street food etc might be happier booking someplace right in town where there would be more options right out your door. RESTAURANT NEWS !!!: By popular demand we now offer evening private dining service at our SkyPool (pls book in advance). Enjoy 5 star dining with 3 star prices. We have only 33 rooms but over 30 tables spread around our property. Let us pamper you as Kings and Queens without the high bill, give us a try on your first or second day, you won't be sorry. HEADS UP !!!: please note Google Maps for walking does NOT WORK well to provide the shortest or most beautiful walking routes, the map on our website is much more helpful as we have marked it up with walking route hints. Our focus is on Service with a Smile :-) Team Pacific SPECIAL THANKS : We would also like to Thank our Guests who have traveled so far to visit us during this difficult travel time. :-) SOCIAL DISTANCING: Pacific Club is the perfect place for social distancing. Our PUBLIC and DINING seating areas have always been set about 2-3 meters from table to table or Chair to Chair. It’s a fact mentioned in previous reviews, “It always seems as though there are almost no other Guests in the Resort” BREAKFAST BUFFET SWITCHED TO MENU ORDERING. For everyone’s safety and to insure freshness during this slow time, we will be switching our breakfast service to menu ordering on or about Mar 20.
