Outstanding hotel with the most enchanting views

This hotel is situated high on a hill above lake konstanz, and so gives the most breath taking views to wake up to. Only downside is having to take a 7 euro taxi down to the lake, but worth it. Great hotel staff.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider ist es in den gängen sehr kalt die Radiatoren sind Kalt das Pool war leider auch nicht warm was ich für den Hotelpreis erwartet hätte

Es hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen, dass man uns für die Halbpension 35 Euro in Rechnung gestellt hat und bei Onlinebuchung nur Euro 28,50 in Rechnung gestellt werden. Eine Erklärung könnte man uns an der Rezeption nicht geben. Das war ärgerlich, da wir dadurch fast 200 Euro mehr bezahlen mußten.
