Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular the waitress in the restaurant was lovely. Check in was simple. Hotel was clean and quiet. The design is a little quirky, the quickest way to our room was via the conference room, which we were diverted around one morning when a meeting was being conducted. The room was a little dated, but for the price we didn't expect 5 stars. The only real issue for us was that the beds were very hard and the continental pillows did not provide much support. Otherwise, our stay was satisfactory.

Preis - Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis. Noch nie ein älteres Zimmer gesehen für diesen Preis. Keine Flexibilität betr. kleinem Frühstück (wollte wegen einer Veranstaltung etwas früher frühstücken, war nicht möglich, obwohl von der Infrastruktur nichts dagegen gesprochen hätte). Versprochener Kühlschrank war erst am Folgetag im Zimmer. Reservation für das Nachtessen hat auch nicht geklappt. "Durften" aber draussen Essen, obwohl es im Restaurant noch Tische frei gehabt hatte, die nicht mal gedeckt waren. Beim Auschecken mitgeteilt, dass nicht ganz alles zur Zufriedenheit war. Hatte aber kein Interesse daran, sich anzuhören, was in meinen Augen nicht OK war. Weshalb sich Mühe geben? Die Touristen kommen ja sowieso.... Schade, denn die Region ist definitiv einen Besuch wert. Aber einfach nicht in diesem Hotel.... Das Nachtessen war aber sehr lecker, immerhin!

Établissement calme dans le village la No 17 chambre est vielle mais propre il n’y a pas une grande isolation phonique entre la chambre et le couloir. Mais nous avons bien dormi. Frederic

Es gab Gläser aber kein Tee oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und lecker. Der Service zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung vermittelt eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Einen gelungenen Aufenthalt.
