Staff are very friendly & attentive. Hotel location is wonderful and only 7 minutes walk from the airport terminal.

When we arrived we were moved to an accessible room near to the lift. The lady on the desk was very helpful and friendly. The room looked clean when we arrived but I had to move a mobile bed from the middle of the room and there was a dirty tissue under the main bed. After leaving I realised I had left my hat in the room and called the hotel. I have called 6 times and either been out on eternal hold or hun up on. I am still trying to contact them and will email today. Pretty sure this is a “one off” from them but still worth noting

The hotel is directly connected to the airport, which makes it very convenient to get there. The rooms are very nice, clean and quite spatious. From the room we had a marvellous view on the planes landing and taking off, without windows and walls letting noise through. The breakfast buffet was very rich. The only negative thing was that the reception staff appeared very unfriendly and arrogant.

Excellent hotel and room! Very helpful and friendly staff! Made my trip begin in a most pleasant way. Super thanks for the good bed. I slept so well and relaxed!!! Thank you! I WILL come again for sure!

Grundsätzlich ist diese Unterkunft wie jedes andere Hilton Hotel fantastisch, vom zuvorkommendem Personal hin bis zum grosszügigen Zimmer. Das einzige, was ich als abschreckend empfand war die Dusche, welche auf so ziemlich allen Seiten braune und gelbe Ablagen hatte.
