Some areas need attention. Frugal with towels and bath amenities in room. £4 charge to leave bag in locker

Good location and it was pretty cheap, the only complaint was in my room, all I could hear all night were the flapping of pigeons and their cooing. I was on the second floor so there is probably an area where they like to rest

Breakfast was good. A fair amount to choose from and unlimited. The room was a bit dated and bed not very comfortable. Could do with extra pillows rather than 1 each. Bar was good

The facilities were poor, shower was not working, only 1 pillow provided. Not a good experience at all.

The place from outside didn’t look appealing but once inside was really nice and staff where very welcoming, our room was very spacious, clean and very comfy beds my only fault was in room 360 the net curtains and curtains from inside where disgusting some sort of stain and god know what on them but if changed it wouldn’t stop us staying again cause had a lovely stay thanks
