Our stay at the View Hotel was faultless, facilities were great, staff were friendly and helpful; overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Good customer service from the staff at the reception, however the air conditioning in the room was terrible. The room remained cold throughout the stay, despite a mini fan heater provided by the hotel after requesting a staff to check the air conditioning. This made our stay unpleasant and very cold nights. Moreover, the balcony windows seemed as if they were not cleaned for a very long time.

Good location on the seafront. We stayed for one night to see a show in the area and enjoyed the visir overall. The check in was a little slow, but a second staff member did come to clear the queue. The room was very clean qnd satisfied our requirements but the double bed did seem on the small side. Breakfast was disappointing, only average. Juices were very poor quality. I have had better hot breakfasts in a Premier Inn. The restaurant was a nice area with lovely views and the staff worked hard to cear tables and keep the buffet stocked. Overall a nice stay and i would return but would also consider alternatives.
